Ingredients
Simple Recipe
1 cup almond flour
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk the brewed coffee, honey, Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract.
Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the baking tray and spread evenly.
Preheat your oven to 350Ā°F (175Ā°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool before slicing and enjoy!
