  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Instructions:


  1. In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking soda.

  2. In another bowl, whisk brewed espresso, coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.

  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
