Preparation
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
In another bowl, whisk brewed coffee, coconut oil, Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Pour batter into the cake pan
Preheat oven to 350Ā°F (175Ā°C) and grease a cake pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
