About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed iced coffee (chilled)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut water

  • Splash of lime juice


Preparation

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and frosty.

  • Adjust sweetness with a touch of honey or stevia if desired.

  • Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a pineapple wedge for a visually vivacious treat.
